Job Description

Join our team and play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects worth approximately 75m over the next three to four years.



This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the planning, design and execution of complex civil engineering works while developing your skills in project management and technical coordination.


What you'll do

This is a varied role, with great opportunities to grow and learn.



Your main duties will include:


supporting project and programme management activities to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects preparing documentation and reports, including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and Excel spreadsheets monitoring on-site civil works using the Ocula Camera system and reporting findings to project managers producing CAD and PDF drawings for reporting and design comparisons assisting with planning, design, tendering and delivering adoptable highways, drainage and public open space infrastructure managing tasks such as street lighting, street naming and signage in line with project timelines helping coordinate contractors for inspections and adoptions to mitigate risk maintaining document control using ViewPoint software and supporting logistics planning and communication between teams.

You'll be customer-focused, have great interpersonal skills, with great attention to detail and be capable of organising your workload independently.



You'll also have:


solid experience supporting the delivery of adoptable road and sewer works proficiency in CAD, PowerPoint, Word and Excel familiarity with document control systems (ViewPoint preferred) a valid CSCS card strong attention to detail and willingness to develop problem-solving and analytical skills basic knowledge of highways, drainage and infrastructure standards, with a desire to learn and progress ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
