Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Assistant to work Monday - Thursday, 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 15:45 (40 hours). This role involves monitoring quality and technical processes, ensuring compliance with standards and customer requirements, and suggesting improvements for efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities include:

Provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers Implement systems and processes to improve product quality Work with purchasing to ensure raw materials meet standards and assist with shopfloor production activities related to quality and technicaltasks Support NPD projects to ensure technical accuracy while collaborating with the team to develop ideas into launched products Collect and set standard samples for production and sales teams Own the trial process ensuring relevant documentation and settings are recorded Ensure quality service for both internal and external customers, managing all customer-raised issues in line with audit processes, and usingcomplaint data to drive quality improvements Monitor material, product, and lab-testing quality, while participating in quality checks on raw materials, processes, and finished goods toensure continual improvements in products and work processes Drive, and deliver quality improvements. Support in CI projects where required
Qualification and Experience:

Experience within ISO9001 (preferrable but not essential). Experience within a manufacturing environment (preferrable but not essential).
