We are now recruiting for a Technical Assurance Lead to join our team, supporting a prestigious blue light service organisation. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital part in the effective management of their estate, ensuring the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality services.
What You'll Do:

  • As the Technical Assurance Lead, you will manage Sodexo's Technical Assurance function within a complex Integrator Model environment - supporting over 29 FM suppliers, including 10 hard FM providers. You'll be a strategic partner, responsible for:
  • Leading the Technical Assurance Team and overseeing all aspects of technical delivery, from compliance reporting and PPM scheduling to asset management and Principal Designer services.
  • Acting as the account lead for statutory document management (via Premoni Paperwork) and asset/work order management in TRIRIGA.
  • Ensuring PPM schedules and asset data are accurate and up to date to support compliance, performance measurement, and financial accuracy.
  • Delivering high-quality statutory compliance reporting and supporting incident management through technical guidance to the help desk.
  • Collaborating with FM suppliers and consultants to drive performance and ensure the delivery of value-added services.
  • Supporting continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge-sharing within the Technical Assurance Community of Practice.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing the Technical Assurance team, their training, and development.
  • Ensuring accurate, timely generation of planned work orders and asset change requests.
  • Supporting the Forward Works Plan with reliable technical and asset data.
  • Overseeing statutory compliance including remedial works and certification checks.
  • Leading the delivery of Principal Designer services.
  • Providing technical guidance and performance reporting across the estate.
  • Driving service enhancements and contributing to strategic planning.
What You'll Bring:
Essential:
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Technical Services or Engineering.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of FM, statutory compliance, and asset management.
  • Proficiency with CAFM systems (e.g., TRIRIGA) and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.
  • Confident communicator with strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligibility to pass security vetting.
Desirable:
  • Chartered membership with a technical professional body (e.g., CIBSE).
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced programme planning.
