What you'll do

You will be focused on the company's newest software, learning it inside out, from the ground up, as it is built by the Product and Engineering teams. Your writing will be picked up by internal-facing search and AI tools to help users of the software to fully understand what they are using.

Working in a cross-disciplinary role, you will liaise closely with Product, Engineering and Design to ensure that the material you create is fit for purpose and on brand. You will also work with the Client Services team to make sure users of the system have the materials they need, and to get feedback and ideas on your work.
