Location:

Stevenage, may be some travel to other sites if business requires


Salary:

30,000 - 36,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Overtime


Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 17:00 pm

Job Purpose



To support the Technical Delivery and Civil/Fabric team with the coordination of self-delivery, general request and preventative maintenance activities ensuring clear lines of communication through client liaison to ensure customer satisfaction

What you'll do





Exhibit EMCOR UK Company Values and Client Life Saving Rule principles Management of the MS Teams EMCOR GEMBA actions, including updates to the task tracker, EAM work order creation and technician assignment Ensure GEMBA personnel are scheduled a minimum three months in advance and items to facilitate successful GEMBA's are maintained at minimum level Effective planning considering aspects such as lead times to ensure works are performed at the earliest opportunity avoiding all tasks from going overdue You be required to liaise with Lab/space occupiers/managers to coordinate access to these areas as part of the work scheduling process. Have the knowledge to know the labour resource required to complete the relevant work order. For any work orders that are to be placed 'on hold' ensure that these are managed through to completion in line with SLAs and KPIs Maintain Technical Delivery trackers and direct communicating lines with customers as and when required to ensure they are provided with clear and accurate updates at all times to ensure customer satisfaction Support with generation of business required change controls Support the Technical Delivery & Civil/Fabric team with quote creation, stock replenishment, order request submission and GRN of received goods and services Timely submission of metric mitigation Work generation and scoping of self-delivery opportunities providing cost effective value for money solutioning to our client Provide support with management monitoring of work activity as a percentage of work undertaken per month and area occupancy condition Assist in activities in support of the Area Standards program Ownership and management of stock holding and standards within on site satellite store To perform any other reasonable duties required by the Technical Delivery Manager and/or Account


Person Specification




Who you'll be


Good interpersonal skills - proficient communication skills, both written & verbal with demonstrated ability Working knowledge of CAFM systems and building operations, awareness of facilities disciplines to allow effective allocation of work order. High calibre IT skills and presentation capability. High Level of understanding of customer service excellence and the ability to deliver quality service Ability to plan and organise in a timely manner, prioritising workloads effectively Drive and determination by accepting challenges and striving towards departmental, personal & company goals & Objectives Reliable and resilient under pressure, accepting responsibility and taking ownership & Accountability Desirable Working within a facilities management environment
