Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful delivery of technical projects within the organization.

You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. How will I spend my time in this role?

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders;
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are executed according to the plan;
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies;
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Resource Management:
  • Identify and allocate resources required for project execution;
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure they have the necessary tools and support;
  • Manage and prioritize tasks for team members to optimize productivity and efficiency;
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations;
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner;
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address project-related challenges.
Quality Assurance:
  • Define and implement quality standards for project deliverables;
  • Conduct regular quality reviews to ensure compliance with standards;
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes;
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Technical Delivery team members;
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment;
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities;
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or a similar role;
  • Strong technical background, preferably in software development or IT infrastructure;
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;
  • Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
