Prime Role
To document processes and procedures across the company, initially focused on creating Standard Operating Procedures for Production. The aim of this role is to capture knowledge and experience through documenting tasks and procedures to facilitate process discipline, training and improvements in quality and consistency. In addition to reduce reliance on head knowledge:
To document standard operating procedures.
To update and simplify standard operating procedures
To document other processes and procedures
Ensure documents are filed and controlled in line with ISO 9001 requirements
Ensure SOP's are clear and easy to read.
Requirements
Experience in developing standard operating procedures, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Good IT skills. Preferably experienced in operating Autodesk Vault.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Pay Rate and Benefits:
This position offers a salary of 28-35k per annum. Other benefits are as follows:
Company provided lunch Tuesdays and Thursdays, vast selection of hot and cold options available.
Annual discretionary bonus.
Extra discretionary holiday to cover the Christmas break in addition to the 28 days statutory.
