Key Responsibilities:

Conduct advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations to optimize material and process performance and design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. Analyse and interpret simulation results to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in CFD, FEA, and materials science to ensure our projects are at the cutting edge of technology. Contribute to the development of new materials and processes that enhance product performance and reliability. Development of new modelling tools for use by broader R&D team

Qualifications and experience

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Proven experience in CFD and FEA simulations, with a strong understanding of material properties and behaviour. Proficiency in simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Use of coding languages such as Python to augment primary simulation software
