Job Description

:

Product technical support in the UK, promptly collecting and addressing customer aftersales issues and needs

Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of large-scale energy storage systems and electric vehicle batteries

Diagnose faults and documentation

Key Requirements

:

Priority given to graduates in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, and Automation, with prior experience in the power industry preferred.

Fluent in Chinese and English

Proactive and responsible, with strong communication skills and a good sense of teamwork, and a robust ability to execute plans and objectives

Driving license

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
