About the Role:

Prorec Solution Ltd is hiring a Technical Lead on behalf of a forward-thinking tech consultancy. This is a customer-facing, hands-on leadership role where you'll guide technical delivery, architecture, and modern engineering practices across complex client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical design, architecture & development Define Agile workflows: code reviews, pairing, QA Drive quality through modern CI/CD pipelines Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align tech & business goals Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices Stay hands-on with development when needed
What You'll Bring:

Proven experience delivering cloud-native solutions Strong knowledge of front-end (React, Vue, Flutter) & back-end (C#, Java, Python, Node.js, Go) Experience building CI/CD pipelines & automation Strong grasp of architecture, data storage, and security Passion for tech trends (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain, Edge Computing) Excellent communicator, confident in fast-paced environments
