Our Technical Officers play a vital role in helping us maintain and enhance our housing stock to meet the Decent Homes Standard -- ensuring every customer has a safe, high-quality place to call home.

Prepare detailed estimates, fixed-price quotations, and contract documentation. Conduct pre-start, progress, and post-completion inspections to ensure quality and compliance. Support Health and Safety compliance, including preparing Safety Plans and conducting Risk Assessments. Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and customers to deliver successful outcomes. Ensure all works meet relevant building regulations, CDM requirements, and Bolton at Home standards. Promote Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and uphold a strong Health & Safety culture across all activities.
