We're a small technical company building connected hardware and software products.
We're looking for a proactive, hands-on assistant who's comfortable juggling technology, suppliers, and customers -- someone who enjoys solving small but important problems quickly and keeping projects moving.
Day-to-Day You'll:
Help coordinate tasks between firmware, software, and operations teams.
Work alongside the Operations/Accounts Manager to monitor stock, suppliers, and manufacturing.
Provide the management team with quick summaries of operational bottlenecks and progress.
Follow up on open items (deliveries, suppliers, stock, or developer actions) and keep everyone accountable.
Prepare quick progress summaries and status updates.
Support product demonstrations and testing (setting up devices, capturing notes, photos, feedback).
Assist with simple purchasing, supplier quotes, and stock tracking.
Update project boards and documentation (Monday.com).
Keep records organised -- product specs, version logs, supplier lists, etc.
Be the "first line" eyes and ears for anything that's stuck or unclear.
What You Won't Be Doing:
Writing day-to-day code or designing hardware.
Managing payroll or HR.
Running production/stock tasks yourself -- you manage the people responsible.
What We're Looking For:
Organised, proactive, and unafraid to chase loose ends.
Comfortable using modern digital tools (Google Drive, Excel, or dashboards).
Experience in small-company or start-up settings, where you wear multiple hats.
Confident presenting technical products to customers.
Strong operational awareness (stock, suppliers, manufacturing).
Pragmatic, resourceful, and outcome-driven -- "failure is not an option" mindset.
Interest in technology or engineering -- no coding needed, just curiosity.
Clear, brief communicator who finishes what they start.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in technical admin, operations, logistics, or project coordination.
Exposure to hardware, manufacturing, or tech startups.
