Position Overview:

As a Technical Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the installation and maintenance of

fire and security systems

, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, blending technical expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of

fire and security systems

, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and LV electrical installations. Manage materials, labour, and project schedules to meet KPIs and ensure optimal service delivery. Ensure all installations comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols. Provide technical support, guidance, and training to team members, fostering continuous improvement. Coordinate with clients, project managers, for efficient project execution. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing hands-on assistance when necessary. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines. Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of

fire and security systems

. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a technical or operations role. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
