ARKK is a leading UK and European Fintech software provider serving and driving change in the Tax, Financial and Regulatory industries with its innovative technologies.

The role:

Build and demonstrate our products to potential clients in a manner which aligns to their business challenges. Act as a bridge between prospective clients, the product and implementations teams. Learn customer pain points and feed this back to Product to increase commercial appeal of our products.

Responsibilities:

Creating and delivering presentations and demonstrations (out of the box and bespoke proof of concepts) to prospective and current clients/partners

Liaising with those developing the product to gain an in-depth knowledge that you can relate to customers

Feeding back thoughts on the product, user behaviours or any potential changes clients or prospective customers would like in the product

Conducting research in the industry - including competitor research

Researching new markets and uses for the product based on your knowledge of the capabilities of the product

Build new "use cases" on the platform based on the market research above.

A bridge between Sales/Marketing, implementations and technology/Product.

Demonstrate new platform features to the business to enable upsell - including what they do and how they benefit the client

Train implementation services on the requirements of new use cases

Qualifications & Training:

Accounting or tax qualification

Basic understanding of accounting, regulatory issues and tax

Basic SQL with a proven ability to think logically and build technical solutions

The ability to troubleshoot technical problems

Skills and attributes:

Interest in and understanding of the tax and finance industry

Ability to research and stay on top of industry developments
