About this opportunity

To strengthen our presales organization in UK and Ireland, we are presently looking for a junior Technical Solution professional to join our Networks Presales and Solutions team!

What you will do

• In this role you will support the presales team with the following activities:
• Develop techno-commercial value argumentations
• Define solution strategies for key opportunities and deals
• Consolidate needs/insights from primary Customer engagements
• Position Ericsson as thought and technology leader in RAN and Transport with the Customer as the trusted influencer
• Generate new business opportunities and secure profitable business in tender phase using techno commercial tactic
• Evaluate Customer technology, define business needs, and participate in risk study
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform Customer presentations
• Drive the technical negotiation
• Provide feedback to Business Area Networks on roadmap and products
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
• Support/drive innovation and automation initiatives
• Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable Customer competence build

You will bring

• MS in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• Radio Technology and product competence (mandatory)
• Very good understanding of radio interface standards
• Knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters is a plus
• Proven knowledge in 5G, 4G, E2E, and IoT is a plus
• Transport technology competence is a plus
• Proven track of successful international engagements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Innovative and proactive attitude
• Consultative approach towards the Customer
• Result orientation, time management and organizational skills
• Team play skills together with demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, take initiative and work under pressure
• Strong focus on quality and excellent presentation skills
