Your Role

As a Technical Process Operative, you'll be essential to the smooth and safe operation of our production processes. You'll work with a variety of equipment and systems to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and adjust process variables to maintain optimal performance

- Operate and maintain equipment including mixers, reactors, boilers, and automated systems

- Troubleshoot equipment faults and resolve process deviations

- Conduct quality checks to meet safety and regulatory standards

- Assist with preventive maintenance activities

- Collect and analyse process data to support continuous improvement

- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with procedures

- Uphold safety and environmental standards

- Support and mentor junior team members

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

- 1-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Strong technical understanding of production processes and machinery

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Effective communication and a proactive approach

- Physically fit and able to work in a demanding setting

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies

- Familiarity with process control or data analysis software

- Forklift Truck License
