ROLE SUMMARY:
We're looking for a seasoned Technical Product Manager to join our FX Engineering team within the Markets division. In this role, you'll lead a portfolio of FX technical products--shaping their strategic roadmap and ensuring smooth, successful delivery in line with both architectural direction and business priorities.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in FX market infrastructure, distributed systems engineering, and project management within the financial services sector.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Build and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap and delivery sequence for collection of LSEG FX Products. Work with solutions architects and technical architects to ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with strategic architecture, product and engineering goals. Drive prioritization decisions balancing technical feasibility, business impact, and resource availability. Engage with technical product owners and business product managers to refine and review requirements, ensuring alignment with the delivery sequence. Proactively adapt product strategy and system design to meet emerging compliance and operational resilience requirements Guide and mentor Scrum teams to foster autonomy, accountability, and high performance. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, helping teams optimize delivery practices, improve collaboration, and consistently achieve their goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:10+ years of hands-on experience in financial services technology industry. Degree or equivalent experience in technology (computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or similar). Deep understating of distributed systems, including concepts such as scalability, fault tolerance, high-availability, low-latency and distributed data processing. Experience in building FX trading platforms, encompassing both technological and business functions. Deep knowledge of FX market infrastructure, trading workflows, and industry protocols (e.g., FIX, SWIFT, market data-feeds). Experience in handling applications in regulated financial services, particularly in the operation of FX trading venues or similar market infrastructure.
