Summary

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic team at PeopleCheck Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving product development and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our clients and applicants. Responsibilities

Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals. Conduct user acceptance testing to validate product functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications. Utilize SQL and APIs to analyze data and enhance product features. Create detailed test cases to ensure quality assurance throughout the development process. Develop UML diagrams to communicate design specifications effectively. Provide leadership and guidance to team members during product development phases.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. Proficiency in SQL and experience working with APIs is essential. Familiarity with user acceptance testing methodologies and test case creation. Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of Java is a plus.
