About the job



The

Technical Project Administrator

oversees programmatic, budgetary, and logistical operations during a disaster restoration event. This role requires exceptional decision-making, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment to ensure successful delivery of engineering services for clients involved in a ransomware and /or data breach event. The

Technical Project Administrator

works closely with internal cross-functional teams, (technical) engineering staff, and external stakeholders to implement streamlined processes, ensure quality control, and develop innovative solutions to improve operations while providing support to clients worldwide.




Note:

Due to the nature of our engagements this position has a working pattern of

15 days on-call followed by 7 days off/rest.






Key Responsibilities:





Program and Budget Management

Provide programmatic oversight and budget tracking during client engagements, ensuring adherence to established processes and financial targets.

Monitor and allocate engineering resources, skillsets, and time effectively for engagement success.

Communicate and coordinate internal and external staffing needs to maintain budget efficiency.




Project Planning and Execution

Assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and manage resources to meet project deadlines.

Support technical teams in organizing, tracking, and documenting project deliverables and restoration workstreams.

Create and manage on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage of critical client restoration efforts.




Client-Facing Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to coordinate vendor configurations, credential validation, and access requirements.

Facilitate and manage client-facing collaboration rooms, monitoring communications via platforms like Teams, Slack, and Signal.

Use discretion in sensitive client communications, particularly in cases involving data breaches or high-impact incidents.




Process Improvement and Quality Control

Develop and implement standardized processes for quality control, ensuring high standards in deliverables.

Analyze completed engagements to identify areas for improvement and best practices, contributing to after-action reviews.

Create internal documentation and training materials for the logistics team to optimize engagement management.




Reporting and Documentation

Develop metrics and standardized reports for utilization, staff productivity, and engagement tracking.

Support the preparation of engagement status updates for clients, legal counsel, and insurance carriers through documentation, slide decks, and concise summaries.




Regional and International Support

Provide logistics support for client engagements in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions, operating across various time zones as required.




Qualifications:





Proven experience in project management, logistics, or program support roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on detail and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and track resource utilization effectively. Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams, Slack, or Signal is preferred. Familiarity with technical environments or engineering processes is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global client needs. Foreign language proficiency desired but not required Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure project success.
