As a Technical Project Coordinator, you'll help shape and deliver key IT and system projects that support smarter, more connected ways of working.
You'll bridge the gap between our Data & Technology team and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. You'll also take ownership of our internal D&T help desk process, working closely with our Managed Service Provider to ensure day-to-day ICT issues are resolved efficiently, all while championing a high-quality internal customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and track progress of multiple IT projects, including software rollouts, system upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
Work closely the D&T team and other business areas to ensure smooth project execution.
Create and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.
Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.
Support change management activities including training, communications, and user adoption.
Assist in gathering technical requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
Ensure compliance with internal processes, security standards, and best practices.
Own the internal Help desk process in including the tracking of SLA's, CSAT
Work with the managed service provider to issues are resolved in a timely manner
Support the Head of Data & Technology with any other reasonable request
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 2 to 3 days per week. You must be in the office on a Tuesday. The basic salary is 30,000 to 35,000 per annum based on experience.

What you'll need
Proven experience in IT support and technical coordination
Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and software deployment processes.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or ServiceNow.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
