About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. Reporting into reporting into one of our Senior TPMs - you'll oversee the quoting, planning and delivery of projects.
You'll be an integral part of the event process, lending experience and knowledge throughout the event cycle to both internal and external teams. This hybrid role, based at our Bermondsey office, involves working in some of the most iconic venues in London, along with the rest of the UK and sometimes abroad.

You'll Thrive Here If...
You have demonstrable professional experience in the audio industry working across a variety of project types.
You have a good working knowledge audio technology application in live events and a strong understanding of how systems are put together on a detailed level. Experience with D&B systems, Yamaha Digital mixing consoles, Dante networks, Shure wireless systems and/or ClearCom comms systems are particularly desirable.
You're an excellent team-player and can collaborate and communicate well with internal teams, freelancers, and clients as required.
You're a creative problem-solver with the ability to think on your feet and resolve technical challenges under pressure on-site.
You have a proven ability to be involved in multiple events simultaneously, working to deadlines.
You show good initiative in your day-to-day work and have an ability to manage your own workload effectively.
You are computer literate and able to learn new softwares quickly such as asset management software, Vectorworks, ArrayCalc, Wireless Workbench and digital mixing consoles.
An awareness of wider technical disciplines such as lighting, video, power, rigging is preferable.
Experience working with live bands and managing riders is desirable.
Experience working within the Unique Venues of London, and/or with rapid install times, is preferable but not required.
You have an awareness of the role of health and safety in the industry such as risk assessments and advocating for best working practices on site.
You don't have to tick every box -- we care just as much about curiosity, adaptability and a growth mindset as we do experience on paper.
What You'll Be Doing
Project planning
Provide technical support, planning and quotations to our client-facing Production and Agency teams.
Liaising between Technical, Production, Operations, Logistics and Warehouse departments to create a streamlined project flow.
Producing equipment lists, technical plans and other relevant documents for event execution.
Monitoring technical budgets for projects to ensure margins are maintained.
Facilitate changes or additional requests throughout a project lifecycle.
Producing H&S documentation for events.
Representing the company at site meetings as required.
Project execution
Provide clear and accurate briefings to internal and freelance event technicians.
Oversee technical equipment and crew on-site and act as representative of the company.
Representing the Company:
Undertake client visits and venue visits as directed.
Living and demonstrating our company values in your day-to-day work
Ensure that the Company's policies, rules, procedures and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.

Attending trade shows, industry events or assisting in marketing projects as necessary.
Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure all technical aspects of the event adhere to health and safety regulations, including RAMS and other requirements.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans in the planning stages of an event.
Promote safe working practices at all times when on-site.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest technical and production innovations and trends to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of internal technical processes, introducing best practices and industry-leading techniques.
Collaborate within the business to shape our approach to technical equipment purchasing in line with industry trends and requirements.
