Job Purpose




Ensure successful delivery of IT projects and workstreams, meeting agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with a focus on technical project management, integrated change delivery, and agile practices.

Project Delivery




- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from inception and requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment, following the Agile development process within the SCRUM framework.


- Engage and align all stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.


- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and changes, using established change control procedures.


- Track project budgets, report performance, and manage any over or underspend.


- Develop and maintain a clear communication plan with internal teams and external partners.


- Ensure User Stories (USs) are produced in a timely manner, meet governance standards, and are delivered by the assigned Scrum team on schedule.


- Oversee and coordinate changes across Dynamics 365 (CRM) and the internally built Data Management Tool (DMT), ensuring impacts are assessed and aligned.


- Ensure customer and people change impacts are identified and addressed in the project plan.


- Manage relationships with third-party consultants and external delivery partners.


- Collaborate with the Product team to schedule work and mitigate conflicts or blockers.






Agile Delivery & Sprint Work




- Work daily with CRM and DMT teams to ensure effective sprint delivery.


- Act as stakeholder for the assigned workstreams with internal and contract developers.


- Quickly resolve blockers to maintain momentum.


- Lead the Dynamics team in carrying out the support function and resolving business as usual tickets promptly.




Release Management




- Lead monthly and midweek DMT releases, including runbook creation, environment deployments, and business sign-off.


- Co-ordinate with the Platform Director to align to planned release schedules and coordinate across integrated systems to avoid conflicts or delivery gaps.


- Manage environment issues to ensure project delivery is not impacted.




Personal Development




- Take ownership of personal and professional development, especially project management capabilities.


- Engage actively in performance reviews and pursue agreed objectives.


Qualifications

Experience




- Experience managing Dynamics 365 (CRM) or similar platforms.


- Release management experience (desirable).


- Previous experience in an IT project management role.


- A successful track record of delivering IT projects.

- Proven experience delivering complex Software Development, IT, and Change projects.


- Working knowledge of the IT project lifecycle.


- Strong technical project management skills, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects.


- Experience with Agile software development projects and delivery methodologies.


- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile processes.


- Experience leading the implementation of new methodologies and processes.


- Experience delivering projects requiring coordination across multiple integrated systems.


- Experience working with remote multidisciplinary teams.
