Person Specification

:

Lead and manage the delivery of multiple technical projects across the Utopi product ecosystem. Define project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Translate technical requirements into actionable project plans with clear timelines and responsibilities. Coordinate cross-functional teams -- including internal and external stake holders. Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules using agile or hybrid methodologies. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for technical project updates, reporting progress to leadership and clients. Support the continuous improvement of project management frameworks and delivery processes. Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Requirements



A qualification in engineering to a minimum of SVQ Level 3. 3+ years of experience managing/leading technical or software delivery projects. Proven track record of leading projects in Electrical, SaaS, IoT, or data-driven environments. Technical literacy to communicate effectively with engineering and product teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Desirable:



Experience working within the

Construction

,

IoT, PropTech, or SustainabilityTech

sectors. Certifications such as

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master / Product Owner)

. Familiarity with Electrical Systems & IT Networks Understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting frameworks or sustainability data platforms.
