Roles and Responsibilities



Serve as the live command center for field technicians during network installations. Guide technicians in real-time, providing live support and troubleshooting network and hardware issues. Ensure high-quality and on-time delivery of critical infrastructure. Develop systems and tools to make installations effortless. Document progress and updates for project managers and internal stakeholders. Work with Operations Engineering to design playbooks, tools, and implement product changes based on technician feedback

Job Requirements



Strong networking technical background or experience as a technician or coordinating with field technicians. Experience in running live support, guiding technicians, and troubleshooting network and hardware issues in real-time. Project management skills to manage deadlines and deliverables across a distributed team. Bachelor's degree. Technical fluency to troubleshoot networking and hardware issues. Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly. Thrive on solving real-time problems and have a builder's mindset to create structure and translate insights. Multiple job stints under one year.

What your day-to-day will look like



From day one, you'll be in the center of the action. A typical week might include:

Running live installation support shifts - answering technician questions, guiding them through steps, and escalating blockers. Troubleshooting networking and hardware issues in real time, logging root causes, and ensuring fixes stick. Documenting progress across active installs and pushing updates to project managers and internal stakeholders. Spotting recurring issues and working with Operations Engineering to design new playbooks, tools, or product changes. Translating technician feedback into product improvements, ensuring our hardware and software are purpose-built for the field.

1. Hiring Manager Screen
2. Technical Screen (testing networking knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts clearly)
3. Take-home Assignment
4. Onsite (SF): Working session simulating live discussion and reviewing the take-home assignment. 1x1 with Hiring Manager or Department Lead. Founder Interview (sometimes included in onsite)
5. Founder Interview (if not included in onsite)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 59,360.00-100,000.00 per year
