We are a creative construction and manufacturing company and are responsible for delivering some of the most iconic projects in recent times.

We are a multi-disciplined manufacturer spread over 12,000sqm of estate, with four facilities that house engineering, fabrication, woodwork, finishing and specialist manufacturing.

The Role:

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial concept through to site delivery and final cost reconciliation. Working closely with internal teams and clients, they will oversee project budgets, coordinate requirements, contribute to quotations and tenders, and act as a senior company representative to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brief.

Key Responsibilities:

Through liaison with the Account Management Team, clearly define the Scope of Works and Specification for your projects. Produce Programmes of Work for your projects, ensuring they are kept up to date and variations are clearly communicated to the relevant stakeholders. Work with internal departments and The Production Team to ensure projects are resourced adequately to meet project milestones. Work with the Production Management Team and appointed Crew Chief to oversee the relevant manufacturing processes through The Production Phase. Prepare loading & logistical plans to ensure projects are efficiently transported to & from site. Manage crew planning documents to ensure sufficient resources & skillsets are booked for site and workshops. Develop and manage procurement plans for all necessary materials, plant & services required for your project. Support the Account Management Team in preparing quotations, in line with company procedures. To attend site to ensure the project delivery meets client expectations.
