Manage and monitor the Salesforce inbox for two internal teams.
Update, assign, and route case details using Salesforce.
Coordinate with documentation team to ensure requested documents are uploaded and accessible.
Screen and support customer inquiries and sign-ups.
Support the migration of technical publication documents.
Edit and update technical publications in an SGML environment.
Develop and modify technical illustrations using IsoDraw.
Support documentation updates for platforms.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce administration and case management.
Proficiency in Arbortext or FrameMaker.
Experience with IsoDraw for technical illustrations.
Experience migrating documentation - advantage.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
