Due to our continuous growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Records Administrator (CAMO) to join Zenith Aviation CAMO based at Biggin Hill Airport.

The Technical Records Administrator (CAMO) will report to the Continuing Airworthiness Manager.

Main Responsibilities

Daily entry of aircraft usage into company tracking systems Auditing maintenance work packs Updating aircraft logbooks End of month reporting (Aircraft / Engine Service Plans) Control of the aircraft records & archiving Assisting the airworthiness team where required

Experience/Requirements:

Aircraft Maintenance environment experience in Tech Records or a related role preferred, but not essential Use of CAMP an advantage Proficient knowledge of Office packages Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat Excellent eye for detail Ability to work to tight deadlines Organisational skills / Multi-Tasking several projects Ability to work with a team / working on own initiative whilst under pressure Flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly Good Communication Skills Effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential
