About the Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships. You'll manage a portfolio of existing clients while proactively seeking new business opportunities. This position requires a confident communicator with a proven ability to close deals and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients - ensuring exceptional service, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities across the construction and facilities sectors.
Prepare tailored proposals and consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with estimating, operations, and delivery teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on key sales metrics.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will have/be:
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within construction, facilities, or technical services.
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and close business.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts.
A positive attitude and a hunger to progress your career.
Full UK driving licence as you will be required to travel to sites and client meetings as needed.
