PHC Parts is looking for an enthusiastic new Technical Sales Advisor who can multi-task and offer help to other staff members, as well as liaising with new and existing customers at our Doncaster Branch.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to multi-task and work effectively supporting other staff members as well as liaising with new and existing customers independently. We are looking for a polite candidate, who can pick up processes quickly, as you'll be receiving and storing stock, as well as learning about the technical requirements and parameters of products that are sold.
We will also require a flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure. You will be working with the computer sales operating system, handling customer enquiries on our trade counter as well as corresponding by email and telephone.
Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to;
Advising customers
Processing orders
Receiving stock
Showroom and Trade Counter upkeep and branch household duties
Additional projects to include working with Microsoft Excel and Word
Attending and helping with professional events
Increasing existing customer base
