Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of IT systems, a good eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers. The Technical Advisor will be responsible for customer sales and support and the timely despatch of orders.

Duties

Operate the sales order system Pack and arrange despatch of internet/telephone orders Answer telephone queries and provide technical support Serve customers face to face in the showroom for repairs, service and sales Operate the stock control system Complete simple production tasks

Skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and empathy when addressing clients. Proficiency in IT including MSOffice Good eye for detail
