Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Director to lead our sales design team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Storage Industry and have experience designing and costing Storage applications consisting of Mezzanine Floors, Racking/Shelving, Conveyors and Office fit outs.

Experience in SEMA design guidelines and Building control regulations is essential.

The susccesful candidate will have experince overseeing Website updates and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Develop the existing Sales design engineer Department. Manage the sales design engineer Department, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

Skills

Proven experience in succesfully designing and selling projects in the Storage Industry. Experience in CAD and 3D design/presentations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in software for managing sales processes. A strategic thinker with a passion for driving results and achieving targets. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond proactively to challenges.

Pay: 55,000.00-125,000.00 per year
