About the Role

As a

Technical Sales Engineer

within the UK Aftermarket Operations Repair Group, you will serve as the vital link between our repair operations and our customers. This dynamic role involves managing client relationships, coordinating multi-equipment repair projects, preparing detailed quotations, tracking job progress, and troubleshooting technical challenges. You will engage directly with clients, both within the UK and internationally, to uphold NOV's standard of excellence and reinforce our reputation as the preferred partner for repair services.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers Coordinate repair projects, especially those involving multiple equipment items Generate and revise quotations, work scopes, and quality plans Conduct contract reviews and track repair progress Regularly update customers on job status, costs, and technical issues Maintain ERP systems and compliance records Address customer complaints and facilitate resolutions Work with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines Promote business through client engagement and identifying new opportunities Comply with NOV's Quality Management and HSE Systems

Qualifications & Skills

GCSE Level 3 or equivalent relevant business qualifications Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office) Understanding of business and technical documentation

Soft Skills (optional)

Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills Strategic thinking and sound judgment Time management and organizational skills Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ethics-driven and committed to self-development
