Maintain precise communication with our stock and supply chain teams to ensure product availability aligns with -- or ideally outpaces -- customer project timelines.
Track and manage your opportunities through the sales pipeline using our CRM system with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up rigour.
Consistently deliver responses to customer enquiries well within our expected response times, ensuring our customer experience remains outstanding even during high volumes of activity.
Proactively manage customer expectations around timelines, helping them stay on schedule with their sauna project milestones.
