What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across international markets
- Communicate technical product offerings to engineering and procurement teams
- Collaborate with internal engineering/operations to deliver customer requirements
- Provide market insights to support business strategy
- Attend customer meetings, industry events, and exhibitions
- Contribute to shaping and scaling the sales function
What We're Looking For
? Technical sales experience (aerospace / IGT advantageous)
? Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
? Ability to work autonomously and manage full sales cycles
? Willingness to travel (UK, Europe, US)
? Proactive, ambitious, and commercially focused mindset
