About the Role:

We are seeking a

Technical Sales Support Engineer (Mechanical Bias)

to join a leading engineering organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded professional to provide technical support to customers and the sales team, specialising in pneumatic automation and temperature control systems.

In this role, you will:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email Process requests for special products and variations Analyse and report on product returns Support new product development and market analysis Assist sales teams with customer visits and application development Deliver product training and manage product introductions and supersessions

Requirements:

Degree, HNC, or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders Logical and methodical problem-solving approach Experience in an engineering environment, including hands-on testing and diagnostics Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Desirable:

Experience with automation systems or system design Previous experience in a technical sales support or applications role
