The Motor Product Insight team values innovation and collaboration. Through the provision of reports, information and analysis we support a wide variety of departments including Motor Product, Price Comparison and Ancillaries.

talented individuals to help strengthen the team through a range of coaching, mentoring, prioritising, and maintaining high standards and delivery of work.
As a Technical Senior Analyst you will play a proactive role in improving our stakeholder experiences and delivering business value. You will be responsible for investigating, recommending and challenging ideas as we drive our business forward and support on-going business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an internal consultant using specialist knowledge, skills and experience to advise on the development and implementation of analyses, processes and initiatives to meet business needs.
Assist in the training and mentoring of colleagues and onboarding new starters.
Manage our reporting suite and maintain high level of reporting efficiency.
Promote the culture of continuous improvement. Identify and implement improvements that will benefit the team or business.
Keep up to date with new reporting techniques and new industry standards
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and help them define, design, and develop information solutions to help drive the business forward.
Represent the team on large projects. Take the lead and offer support on some of the more complex and detailed projects within the team.
Skills and Experience Required:
1 year of experience in a Senior Analyst role, or 3 years as a Data/BI Analyst.
Experience in Big Query and Looker or other BI/Reporting tools and technology. Knowledge of MicroStrategy is useful but not essential to the role.
Comfortable communicating and challenging senior management
Strong organisation and time management skills. Ability to manage, oversee and prioritise multiple work items at once.
Confidence in producing and interpreting numerical data.
A keen desire to take on challenges, learn new skills and initiative to improve existing methods.
Good operational knowledge of the insurance industry.
