Based at Vision Products



Vision Products is a Supported Employment Business within the Council, based in Pontyclun. Our business ventures are diverse and include the Community Equipment Service, the production and manufacture of PVCu windows, Assistive Technology and Servicing of Equipment, and our own retail outlet, Vision Mobility.



We are looking to recruit a Part time Technical Services Advisor to join our team, whose key objectives will be to schedule servicing logistic runs for the Community Equipment Service, to deal with and resolve customer queries & to assist in lifeline and telecare billing.



Daily tasks will include contacting customers to schedule appointments for engineers to service community equipment and providing administrative support to the team. You will also be required to undertake other general office duties such as updating a stores system, billing, checking drivers task sheets and resolving customer queries.



We are looking for the successful candidate to have excellent communication skills as there will be a requirement to work with our Partners and Senior Managers. It is essential the successful candidate has experience of working with a range of IT packages and also experience of working in a customer focused environment.
