RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Technical Customer Support Team Leader, you'll:
Respond to technical enquiries via phone and email within 24 hours
Provide accurate, professional support to customers, sales teams, and internal colleagues
Attend customer meetings, including with specifiers and architects
Deliver detailed technical specifications and product information
Use Salesforce.com to manage enquiries and support project tracking
Continuously build industry knowledge through learning opportunities
Support day-to-day department operations and contribute to a positive team culture
Help enable training and development across the team
Foster clear, effective communication within and between teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent in both German and English
, with strong spoken and written communication skills
Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering excellent support
Educated to GCSE level or national equivalent
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Technical background in the coatings industry (desirable)
Industry qualifications such as ICorr, NACE, or ASFP (desirable)
Degree-level education, ideally in a technical or engineering field (desirable)
Resilient and able to stay positive under pressure
Strong attention to detail
A collaborative team player who also works well independently
Willing to ask for help when needed
Motivated to learn and grow professionally
