Are you an experienced supervisor ready to take charge of complex industrial, environmental, and remediation projects across varied sites?


We're looking for a

Technical Supervisor

with the skills, drive, and leadership to guide teams, ensure safety and compliance, and deliver outstanding results for our clients - every time.



As a key member of our operational team, you'll plan, coordinate, and oversee a wide range of works - from environmental protective services and remediation to tank cleaning, confined space entry, oil spill response, and industrial jetting.



This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same - and where your technical knowledge, leadership, and initiative truly make a difference.

What You'll Do



Supervise site teams and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of all works. Plan and resource projects - manpower, plant, and materials - with precision and accountability. Liaise with clients and operations teams to provide updates, solve problems, and avoid surprises. Produce and review RAMS, job packs, and project documentation. Support depot management with out-of-hours operations, call-outs, and emergency responses. Lead by example, promote safety excellence, and maintain a professional and motivated team culture. Audit vehicles, equipment, and yard areas to uphold high operational standards.

What You Bring



Proven supervisory or project management experience in environmental, industrial, or construction sectors. Strong understanding of RAMS, confined space entry, H&S compliance, and environmental best practice. Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to motivate and guide field teams. Computer literacy and confidence in planning systems and documentation. A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the flexibility to respond to emergency works or travel across regions when required.

SSSTS / IOSH Managing Safely Confined Space (High Risk, Management & Rescue) Marine Response (MCA Level 4p) First Aid, HAZMAT, PASMA, IPAF OFTEC, HP Jetting, Grit Blasting, Industrial Painting CITB Temporary Works, UKPIA, EUSR National Grid ALLMI Slinger/Signaller, CAT & Genny, ADR awareness HGV Class 1 or 2 (advantageous) Security clearance for government or nuclear sites (desirable)
