About The Role:




Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm


Your responsibilities will include:




Supervise the mechanical engineering team to ensure a safe and profitable delivery Complete technical & safety visits with OCS Engineers to ensure that the contracts remain complaint Assist in attending monthly meetings to provide an reports to the site-based Contract Engineering Manager Support the welfare and performance of the engineering team Work on areas covering when other staff are not available Contribute to the continuous improvement of the technical services division with in OCS Assist the Technical Manager in improving the process and service delivery on the contract

You should meet the following criteria:




Previous experience of managing / team leading or supervising small works projects Strong communication skills Reliable, efficient, helpful and professional at all times HNC in engineer discipline Experience within Mechanical works IOSH or NEBOSH qualification Experience at a supervisor level within a similar role Right to work the UK
