In this role, you'll lead a small team delivering

Hard FM services

. You'll manage day-to-day operations, planned and reactive maintenance, subcontractors, and budgets, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and compliance.

As a

Technical Supervisor

you'll:



Lead the delivery of all

Hard FM services

, including maintenance, repairs, and compliance. Manage in-house engineers and subcontractors to deliver services efficiently and cost-effectively. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and service partners. Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement. Carry out hands-on technical work when needed. Oversee health & safety, permits to work, and statutory compliance. Support projects such as equipment upgrades and asset replacements. Be part of an

on-call rota

for out-of-hours emergencies. Coach and develop your team through regular reviews, toolbox talks, and training.

What we're looking for:



Proven experience managing

Hard FM / Technical Services contracts

Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems (City & Guilds or equivalent) Completed apprenticeship, BS 7671 18th Edition, IOSH (preferred) Member of appropriate professional body Experience leading teams, managing contractors, and working with clients Strong organisational, financial, and communication skills Proficient with IT systems (MS Office, CAFM, PDAs)

Full UK driving licence
