The Role

Retrofit Technical Supervisor
to play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, compliant retrofit projects that improve homes and lives.
As a Retrofit Technical Supervisor, you'll be the eyes and ears on the ground--ensuring energy efficiency measures (EEMs) are installed safely, effectively, and in line with PAS 2035 standards. You'll work closely with our coordination, and delivery teams, visiting sites and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.

Working Times: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: 45,000-50,000k per annum, dependant on experience
Equipment provided: Laptop, Uniform, Company Van, Fuel Card
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections before and after installation Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs).
Ensure all works meet PAS 2035 and relevant Building Regulations
Monitor and report on the quality, safety, and effectiveness of measures (e.g., insulation, heating systems, ventilation)
Maintain detailed photographic and written records for compliance and funding purposes
Identify and follow up on defects or non-conformances with site teams and subcontractors
Liaise with other team members to promote quality and consistency
Support continuous improvement of processes and inspection standards
Update internal systems with accurate site information
Escalate complex issues and collaborate across teams for resolution
What You'll Bring
Strong on-site and technical experience in building construction and retrofit
In-depth knowledge of EEMs and construction detailing
Working knowledge of Building Regulations (especially Parts L, F, C, and O)
Familiarity with PAS 2035 and retrofit frameworks (e.g., ECO4, SHDF, HUG)
Confidence using inspection software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools
A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach
Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
Essential Requirements
SSSTS and Retrofit Assessor/Domestic Energy Assessor Certification
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently across multiple site locations
