AES GLOBAL is looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Cookstown.

Responsibilities Include:
Answering technical calls related to our products.
Provide support on telephone, email, and live chat to customers, including troubleshooting and analysis of data to recommend solutions to problems.
Testing and troubleshooting of products.
Providing technical support to other departments when needed.
Assisting with training and technical document creating where needed.
Experience:
If you have an interest in electronics and have good phone manners apply with us today and we will provide full training for the role. As always previous experience in the following areas will be an advantage but not mandatory.
Working in a similar manufacturing environment.
Experience in a customer support role.

Job Schedule:
Probationary period - Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (8/8.30am start).
After probationary period - Alternating 4-day weeks (Week 1: Monday to Thursday, Week 2: Tuesday to Friday), 40 hours per week (7/7.30am start).
