Your Role:

Be the First Contact: Serve as the friendly face of tech support for our customers, addressing their needs via phone or email with a smile. Troubleshoot with Confidence: Work remotely to diagnose and resolve technical challenges, ensuring that every customer walks away satisfied. Support New Solutions: Be part of the exciting rollout of new applications, helping both our team and customers adapt to the latest innovations.
