About the Role



As a

Technical Support Specialist

, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for Broadcast Radio products. Set up, configure, and install authorised software on laptops and desktops. Deliver exceptional customer support, troubleshooting, and training. Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers. Stay informed about advancements in relevant technologies. Represent Broadcast Radio at public events and trade exhibitions as needed.

What You'll Bring



We're looking for someone with the following:

Essential Skills & Experience:



At least 1 years' experience in a 1st or 2nd line technical support role. Hands-on experience with ICT hardware setup and maintenance. Knowledge of Windows Desktop and/or Windows Server operating systems. Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and prioritisation skills. Ability to travel within the UK and overseas. A strong interest in emerging technologies.

Desirable (but not required):



Experience with AV equipment installation or support. Background in radio or audio technology. Providing technical services to educational institutions. Delivering technical training, one-on-one or to groups. Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence.
