Technical Support Specialist
to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
Support for clients (companies) in the process of integration with our functionality;
Quality control of integrations, testing;
Maintaining an integration FAQ;
Support for system operation;
Assistance in the development of integration documentation.
Your skills and experience:
2+ years of experience in technical support;
Knowledge of
HTTP
;
Knowledge of
client-server architecture
;
Ability to investigate and troubleshoot problems by
logs
;
Knowledge of both
SQL/NoSQL databases
;
Fluent Russian language skills, and English language at a level B2 or higher.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Postman, Kibana Azure and/or Microsoft .NET.
