Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Surveyor to join our ever expanding team based in Durham. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Will come with opportunity for additional income as part of the package. Vehicle provided for work use along with necessary technical equipment - phone, iPad etc.
Duties
Carry out measurements and annotated elevation sketches of properties Photograph, labelling and organising of property photos as required Documenting observations and findings of surveys on live google sheets Technical investigations as and when required
Requirements
Organisation of time and diary skills essential Eye for detail and high observational skills Property and/or construction background preferred although not essential as training can be given Driving licence essential Available to work away from home from time to time Office software proffciency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Durham DH1 1TH
