The Opportunity: Technical Training Instructor


Contract: Permanent


Location: National (Commutable to Cannock)

The Impact you will have:

Develop and deliver internal technical training courses to Engineers predominantly at Briggs sites (Cannock, Maidenhead or Cannock) Work collaboratively with the Technical Training Business Partner to establish the yearly training plan and schedule Identify individual engineer skill shortages through assesments and testing Establish a close working relationship with Engineering Managers to esnure we have the correct level of engineer support and skill level Work collaboratively with the wider Technical Training and Technical teams to drive continuous improvements across our training delivery Promote technical eLearning content for Engineers

What will help you to excel in this role:

Previous delivery of technical training is desirable An accredited technical qualification is a must Previous experience with MHE or plant equipment is advantageous Full UK driving licence Extensive communication skills both oral and writted
