We're currently looking for a Technician to join our Transportation team based in Birmingham. In this role you will work as part of a team managing all highway asset information on the Birmingham Highways Interim Services Contract. This position is being offered on a 7 month Fixed Term Contract.

Location: Birmingham - travel to the office require, with some remote working available
Contract: Fixed Term 7 months, Full-time 40 hours per week
Salary: 27,500 per year + benefits
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technician, you will be responsible for capturing, managing and analysing highways asset data in our Confirm system.
Your typical day will involve:

• Ensuring that all data collected in an accurate and timely fashion
• Work with other members of the Asset Management Team collaboratively to deliver projects to programme and to meet client requirements
• Monitor and report progress on tasks at weekly meetings
• Ensure performance targets, goals and objectives are achieved

What are we looking for?
This role of Technician is great if you have:

• Experience in Asset Management systems
• Experience in digitisation, data capture and data editing
• Must have excellent analytical, mapping, and problem-solving skills
• An eye for detail and attention to accuracy
