What You'll Be Doing:

Servicing our Oil and Gas/Subsea equipment Repair and maintain subsea baskets, lifting equipment, and offshore assets to keep them fully operational and deployment-ready. Diagnose problems, resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Carry out pre-mobilization checks Perform minor fabrication and welding tasks as needed to reinforce and repair subsea hire fleet. Maintain accurate logs of all repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks to ensure full traceability and compliance. Work within strict health and safety guidelines to ensure all maintenance and repairs meet industry safety standards. Manage spare parts and tools, ensuring the right equipment is always on hand when needed. Assist with the preparation, testing, and certification of equipment before it heads offshore.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a maintenance and repair role within the oil and gas industry, ideally with subsea or offshore lifting equipment. Strong knowledge of offshore lifting gear, including baskets, frames, containers, slings, and shackles. Hands-on expertise in mechanical repairs, welding, and fabrication. Understanding of safety regulations with a commitment to best practices in offshore maintenance. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions. A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
